Office Manager Needed
Cooking Round the World, an educational childrenâs cooking company is looking for a Finance Manager. Cooking Round the World is a startup company located in Montclair, Oakland. This is not a corporate office; the atmosphere is amicable and friendly.
The candidate should have a minimum of 2 yearâs finance management experience, be a team player, ability to streamline processes, know accounting principles, and understand the interweaving of systems. Candidate must be familiar with google docs, excel, and Xero.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Interface with a payroll company; set up accounts
- Invoicing
- Payroll time cards
- Putting employee docs online (W-9, TB test, livescan, etc.): google docs
- Receiving and rectifying Receipts
- Profit loss statements monthly
- Refunds online and by check
- Create new accounts with online companies
- Banking needs
- Research projects
- Accounting
- Profitability research
The position is 32 hours/week position. The payment is $25/hour. No benefits currently
