Assistant Project Manager

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Must have (1) year of construction experience. The responsibilities listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned.

Be able to answer phones.

Type proposals and change orders from Project Managers to clients and subcontractors.

Issue subcontract agreements, track executed subcontract agreements and compile fully executed copies with subcontractor’s company information.

Proofread and review contracts from owners, general contractors and/or clients.

Gather preliminary notification information to generate preliminary notices to be certified mailed.

Review and complete pre-qualification packages from prospective clients.

Administer confidential employee information for screening and security clearance.

Submit plans to city departments for approval and to obtain a permit.

Prepare close out packages for clients to include warranty letters.

Manage all the annual accident reports to be able to input into annual Cal OSHA 300 logs.

Update on-line safety programs for client compliance.

Organize state and DMV DOT requirements and compliance.

Re-new annual Cal OSHA permits.

Assist with City Business Licenses as needed.

Manage company’s cell phone account.

Assists Project Managers and Dispatcher with various tasks as needed.

Pre-employment drug screen and background check is required for employment with Brownco Construction.
