MUST HAVE skills & experience:
1. MD, RN, or MPH degree
2. 3-5 years experience in management consulting, hospital administration, or other healthcare related industry
3. Experience in healthcare product design or insurance product development
4. Experience in project and team management 5. Experience with claims data, specifically informatics and cost of care analytics
What you need to know:
- The VP will be building designing and building our GI product from the ground up
- You will work with data analysts, machine learning experts, expert physicians, and the CEO to design a program that will improve outcomes and reduce costs for our clientsâ members * Opportunity to own product development from beginning to end
Job Specifics:
- GI Program Design: The VP will be building designing and building GI product from the ground up. They will take a data driven, human-centric approach to identifying key areas of inefficient care and designing an approach to address these areas. The VP will work with data analysts, machine learning experts, expert physicians, and the CEO to design a program that will improve outcomes and reduce costs for clientsâ members
- Clinical Product Ownership: In addition to the development of the GI Program, the VP will assume responsibility for the clinical aspects of the product. This responsibility will ramp up over time as the GI product requires less attention from the VP The VP will initially report directly to the CEO and eventually to the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Operating Officers Candidate
