In the role of Vice President, Corporate Operations, you will partner with a cross-functional set of business leaders and field operators to execute on the Companyâs strategic objectives. This includes leading and developing a team for successful planning, communication, execution, quality assurance, reporting on the results, and adjusting strategies as needed.
Vice President, Corporate Operations Responsibilities:
- Partner with Operations leaders to deliver consistent execution and brand experiences throughout the Company
- Identify opportunities to improve resident & associate satisfaction
- Develop policies & procedures designed to limit service gaps and provide consistent standards
- Diagnose challenges by studying data, conducting on-site visits and additional analysis; communicate findings and prioritize focus areas
- Provide project support and planning tools and processes across a wide array of corporate and field functions
- Develop detailed strategic plans for achieving Company goals & objectives
- Ensure the execution of strategic plans by partnering with department leaders & field operations
- Enhance existing programs and identify new pilot program opportunities
- Participate in operations leadership meetings; develop and initiate agendas, meeting goals, and action plans to drive various initiatives
- Keep stakeholders informed on status of projects, initiatives, and programs; escalate issues and obstacles as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability through internal and external growth
- Monitor compliance on budget expectations and methods for meeting those expectations without diminishing services
- Partner with operations leaders to ensure quality assurance processes are in place and corrective actions are taken where appropriate
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelorâs Degree (B.A/B.S.)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Operations (field and corporate) Asset Management or combination
- Minimum of 8 years of experience leading teams
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation communication skills and the ability to facilitate large groups
- Has implemented operations processes and procedures to support company strategic direction
- Knowledge of applicable laws, rules, and regulations governing Independent Living/Assisted Living communities
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the Organization/District/Region by automobile and airplane as needed
