As the Vice President of Business Development, you will be responsible for strategic planning and the expansion of hospital partnerships for multiple skilled nursing facilities throughout the state of Georgia. In this position, you will be accountable to meet or exceed facility census and revenue goals. Our facilities provide a range of services including skilled nursing and rehabilitation therapy.
Vice President, Business Development
- Manages and directs sales team of multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in GA to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives
- Assist in interviewing, hiring, training and coaching admissions and marketing personnel
- Establishes and manages effective sales and marketing strategic plans with admissions and marketing personnel that ensures revenue growth in all facility services
- Provide monthly result assessments of admissions and marketing staff’s productivity
- Assists admissions and marketing personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with professional and community referral sources
- Collaborates with Corporate Leadership Team Business to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all services
- Analyzes short term and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit
- Conducts customer service training for department managers and facility staff
- Holds regular training and sales meetings with Admissions and Marketing Directors
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field. Master’s preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing with SNF, IRF, LTAC or similar healthcare facilities
- Problem solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends
- Ability to motivate, train and lead sales team to achieve census development goals
- Mastery knowledge of CRM
- The ability to present a polished image and oral presentations to both large and small settings
- Travel more than 50% of the position
- A valid driver’s license
