Duties:
- Manages the overall business relationship with major casino gaming operators, as well as manages the implementation of sophisticated solutions in multi-site casino environments
- Participate as a leader in the installation and integration of new system products into existing systems
- Work on special assignments that are critical in nature to meet revenue, customer satisfaction issues and other business goals unrelated to core responsibilities
- Develops and manages multiple project plans, risks and issues, budget, scope, schedule and resources for small and medium sized projects concurrently based upon defined high level priorities and business requirements
- Provides consistent, clear and timely communication of initiative goals, tasks and progress/status to internal project teams, external customer and executive management through their direct supervisor
- Identifies and manages internal and external resources required to complete the project successfully. Develop effective working relationships with executives, key management and key decision makers for each assigned client accounts
- Team oriented individual
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or relevant experience) in Business Management, Operations Management and/or related field from a 4-year accredited university is required
- PMP Certification required
- 5+ years’ experience of project management, in a related technical account management service and support role or comparable relevant experience
- Position requires 30% travel
- Experience with SYNKROS is preferred or an equivalent Casino Management System
- Japanese as a second language is required
Long term contract up to $95k
