Key Functions

As part of HR’s People Strategy & Integration team, you will use your program management and leadership skills to plan, integrate, and execute projects across HR and within the organization. You will lead project teams, develop improved processes and facilitate work groups to meet project and program objectives. In this position, you will report to the Manager of HR Strategic Programs and partner closely with HR subject matter experts (SMEs), Center of Excellence (COEs), and line staff. Additionally, you will:
  • Use skills in project and program management, business analysis, governance, process improvement, change management and other areas of expertise to successfully execute projects
  • Develop detailed project plans, comprehensive project documentation, and measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques to ensure projects are executed with optimal efficiency and maintain alignment with strategic direction
  • Apply program management principles, theories and concepts to further our work
  • Use your strong communication skills to move critical project components forward, effectively communicating as appropriate to all stakeholders
  • Mentor and share your knowledge of tools and methodologies to coach more junior and senior staff

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years project management experience or
  • Strong facilitation, collaboration, written, oral communications and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of breadth of HR roles, both Center of Excellence and HRBP, is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated comfort with ambiguity and organizational change.
  • Ability to understand, balance, and articulate both strategic and tactical planning. Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Persistent, tactful, and persuasive team and project leadership, including conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Ability to prioritize across multiple projects and handle diverse assignments simultaneously.
