Recommends corporate direction and companyâs long-term strategies to executive management. Has responsibility for the development and supervision of specific enterprise-wide strategic planning activities including strategy development, initiative implementation, and project management.
Qualifications
Bachelorâs degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. 10 years progressive related experience in either a consulting, project management or process improvement related role and 5 years of management experience. Excellent skills and experience in issue resolution and managing to stringent timelines for project deliverables. Demonstrated superior understanding of business and technology organization, resources, priorities, needs and policies. Ability to make or recommend complex strategic decisions and prioritize competing initiatives. Ability to effectively influence team members and other stakeholders.
