The Sr. Manager, Non Retail Real Estate is responsible for leading the project management efforts for the Real Estate LTV (Long Term value) workstreams within the Enterprise Modernization (EM) initiative.

Will work closely with senior management to provide on-going milestone tracking for Portfolio Optimization, Workplace Strategy and Financials within the WAVE tool to ensure accurate reporting. Other duties would include monitoring of risks, issues and interdependencies with other initiative leaders within the EM workstreams. This role will support the Enterprise Modernization goal of reducing 2021 expenses by $1.5B

Required Qualifications
1. Deep understanding of Real Estate project management process (letter of intent, diligence, purchase agreements, integration steps)
2. Deep understanding of Workplace Strategies and Agile work environments

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate concisely and effectively with senior management
4. Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal
5. Ability to partner across boundaries, collaborate with others and build strong relationships
6. Strong organizational and decision making skills; solid business/financial acumen
7. Ability to multi task and drive results in all areas.

8. Demonstrated supervisory skills
9. Strong computer literacy
10. Ability to work in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications
5 to 8 years of Program Mgmt experience

Education
Bachelors Degree
