The Member Experiences team is searching for a technical leader who is as passionate about growing collaborative, healthy teams as they are about continuing to grow AMC into a leading customer facing property for Microsoft customers. Responsibilities
You’ll be leading a team writing code that powers our web portal which is visited by millions of customers globally a day. Youâll be a technical leader focused on growing the skills of a highly talented, collaborative and motivated team, while setting the technical direction to deliver high-scale, highly-available UX surfaces with an emphasis on delightful, modern user experiences. We are looking for a leader with a passion for mentorship and team building, customer focus and engineering fundamentals, coupled with technical leadership experience in driving a high-scale, broad scope customer experiences on the web.
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
- Exceptional collaboration and leadership skills, with a proven ability to work well with others and mentor and/or manage engineers
- Knowledge of the Web UX industry today
- Expert understanding of web services and site technologies (for example, REST APIs , HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON etc.)
- Experience with ReactJS a plus
- Experience with scrum, Kanban, or other agile engineering techniques
Experience Required
- BA/BS degree in CS, related discipline or equivalent work experience
- 3 or more years of engineering leadership experience
- 4 or more years of Web UX design and coding experience in high scale services
- 7 or more years of general design and coding experience (C++, C#, and/or Java)
