Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Computer Information Systems or a related field. Need 2 years of Experience.
Communicate and collaborate with business leaders to define strategic and tactical technical solutions for their business units.
Confer with business unit and Stakeholders, IT department managers and representatives to ensure projects are meeting defined business objectives.
Develop a project plan and budget based on a business case, in order to have clear guidance to project execution, which is leading to expected project results and satisfied customers.
Manage project execution, coordinate all involved internal and external parties and monitor consistency with the project plan and approved changes, in order to cost efficiently realize project plan and satisfied customers with minimal risks.
Collect and analyze data regarding the performed activities in comparison to the project plan and timetable.
Deliver input for improvement of project management tools, techniques and procedures
Maintain project procedures, systems and methodologies, in order to contribute to consistent and high quality project management governance and audit. At the same time, contribute to the improvement of the capability maturity level
Identify and manage the project/scrum team on a day to day basis by pro-actively addressing issues and risks to deliver the project products at the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and costs.
Ensure successful hand-over of the project products into IT and Business operations in order to support the achievement of the business benefits.
Manage customer and stakeholders expectations in coordination with respective Relationship Manager and Business Solutions members
Represents the IT project team in the Steering Committee and reports the project status in a timely, accurate and comprehensive manner in alignment to internal procedural standards
