Job Description

  • Our client is brand new to Agile/Scrum but has made the decision to move to this new approach
  • Completing the delivery of the POC for a new product being developed for the market
  • The application is for a fixed income, US Bond this is a sell-side application
  • The front end team is provided by an external vendor
  • The back end team is provided by the client for technologies including HTML 5, Java
  • At the end of the POC, the client is looking to have a defined Agile/Scrum delivery process and have been using it for several months
  • Ideally, they would also know their velocity
  • A Product Owner has been assigned but Coaching will be necessary to help determine MVP
