Senior Vice President / Vice President – SBA Relationship Manager – $100,000 P/A + Industry leading Bonus & Benefits structure
A modern, forward thinking Community Bank, headquartered in New Mexico. They have a history of working closely with and serving their local communities and building relationships and helping their customers is not only their focus, but their passion.
You will be responsible for new business development, portfolio management, the initial quality credit quality as well as the ongoing management of your own portfolio of clients in reference to SBA lending. You will be interested in working in the market autonomously, without micromanagement and therefore with the ability to win new business on the back of your own network and abilities. The opportunity here is for someone to take ownership for their own book of SBA 7a & 504 business.
You will be interested in and have experience of working with clients with annual revenues between $2mn and $50mn you will, again, be both interested and experienced in selling the banks SBA loans capability as well as cross selling Treasury, C&I and deposit facilities.
If you have a demonstrable track record of developing new business, at least 5 years in the market, have a strong understanding of credit and how to spot a deal in the market, can take a deal from prospect through to onboarding then I’d be interested in explaining more about this award winning, community focused bank to you.
This is can be a VP or ideally SVP level role depending on your experience.
