URW Brand Ventures Division is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to leverage strategic relationships with media agencies and systematically target national brands across top markets to capture significant media advertising dollars. Whether there is the need to execute a localized campaign or a national program across top ranked DMAs, this company provides ideal locations to showcase a brand and bring it to life. Shopping & Lifestyle Center media opportunities allow advertisers to engage with both new and existing customers multiple times throughout the typical shopping journey. These centers are host to nearly 500 million annual customer visits and can deliver direct, immediate access to a targeted audience and point of purchase.

This Sales Director will be responsible for selling regional and national advertising and marketing programs into URW’s phenomenal properties throughout the US. The Director will work with assigned East coast agencies and clients direct in those territories to further educate the advertising community about the DOOH/OOH and experiential programs that they have to offer to regional and national clients on a center by center basis. The Director will also be responsible for an annual sales goal.
Responsibilities:

Responsible for annual sales budget

Establish, grow, and maintain relationships with East Coast regional and national ad communities

Establish a working relationship with center management teams

Effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks under tight deadlines

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree

3-5 years of sales experience in the OOH industry

Mobile and programmatic sales experience is a plus

Experience in understanding and selling regional and national media to agencies and clients directly

Experience selling and executing experiential marketing programs is a plus
