We are seeking a self-motivated, senior living professional, who demonstrates exceptional customer service skills and management experience working with seniors. This candidate will serve as a community liaison, between residents and community associates, while supporting resident services. In this role the right candidate for us will effectively communicate all resident and community concerns, while identifying issues and seeking resolution. We are looking for someone that can promote a positive atmosphere of wellness throughout the community. The right candidate for us will support the policies to improve the overall wellbeing of the community.
What you will need for this position:
- 2-3 years of customer service and management experience.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Computer literate
- Strategic thinker
- Experience working with Salesforce and On-Shift is a plus.
