Chalk Mountain Services is seeking a full time Regional Administrative Manager. As a Regional Administrative Manager, you will manage/ assist field offices with their daily operations, manage housing needs, growth expansion, interview and train office personnel in accordance with company guidelines.
Job Description:
- Manage/assist field offices with their listed tasks
- Provide clarification on task difficulties
- Follow up on policy changes to ensure implementation
- Location visits for on-site assistance
- Manage Employee Attendance
- Manage Employee Performance
- Manage Development calls when needed, facilitate with growth projects
- Manage housing needs by coordinating with vendors
- Interview and train office personnel (admins)
- Facilitate office and dispatch needs
Experience:
5-7 years of administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Particularly Word, Excel, & Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
Transportation Industry: 2 years a plus but not required
TMT Experience a plus not required
Ulti Pro Experience a plus not Required
