Project Manager (Education Services)

• Executes operational strategies for Educare, including all kinds of long-term, short-term educational programs, and online platform;
• Lead the US team to operate the immersion program(winter and summer camps), including but not limited to camps development, partnership development, project operations;
• In charge of the study abroad program and post-services, follow the SOP process to maintain the satisfaction of clients;
• Serves as a business consultant and ensuring best practices are followed at all levels;
• Maintain a good relationship with both clients and business partners;
• Collaborate with school and other resources and design camp products according to market demand;
• Manage and build up the US team, clarify the job responsibilities for each department, employee evaluation, and provide training accordingly;
• Qualifications:

• 3~5 years of working experience in the education industry, eg. application/immersion program/other education-related experience;
• Fluent in English, excellent in both speaking and writing;
• Has an understanding of the trend of international education;
• Good team player

• 全面负责美国团队业务管理，按照CEO的业绩指标完成好美国团队的营业业绩，线上APP应用/网站平台等的推广，新资源的拓展，资源维护，服务执行和操作；
• 管理和维护美国团队，确定美国团队员工的工作职责，绩效考评，根据需要安排和提供培训，招聘和团队建设；
• 维护客户关系，开发和维护客源渠道；
• 负责管理和带领美国团队操作执行好研学项目，包括营地开发，合作对接，项目运营操作等，确保项目的顺利开展和实施；
• 负责管理和带领美国团队操作执行好留学服务包括留学前和留学后，确保项目按照SOP顺利进行，无客诉；
• 配合中国团队，进行美国境内的优质课程开发，与中国团队细节对接；
• 可以成熟灵活地将各类资源进行交叉整合
• 配合CEO进行美国团队业务的财务分析和财务汇报；配合CEO和公司阶段性战略完成指定的工作；

• 具有3年以上的教育/留学/游学行业运营管理经验；
• 英文听说读写都可以专业交流；
• 本科及以上学历；
• 对国际教育行业的现状和发展趋势有深刻理解；
• 具有敏锐的市场洞察力、数据分析与文案能力，市场策划、营销推广经验丰富；
• 有创业精神、较强的沟通协调能力、团队协作能力；
• 有强大的责任心和团队合作的精神，品行端正，沉着稳健。
