Project Manager – Asphalt and Concrete

Your new role

Essential functions include but are not limited to:

• Assisting in contract review.
• Develop project schedule.
• Review and process all change order requests.
• Create Project RFI’s.
• Perform take offs.
• Create project purchase and work orders and subcontracts.
• Attend pre-construction meetings.
• Communicate with owners, GC’s, Municipalities, and VDOT.
• Communicate, support and help enforce safety.

What you’ll need to succeed

• 3+ years of Project Management (preferred)
• Experience working on paving, asphalt, and/or concrete projects
• Civil engineering or construction related degree (preferred)
