Project Manager Role: Plan and coordinate all aspects of the rehab process in a timely and cost effective manner
Project Manager Job Functions:
Responsibilities:
Oversee and direct rehab projects from conception to completion
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors according to workflow
Ensure contractors meet contractual conditions
Review the work progress on weekly basis
Prepare all paperwork pertaining to job
Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain permits and licences as needed
Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
Project Manager Management Plan:
Weekly one on one’s with CEO
Periodic quality of service (QOS) reviews
Yearly progress reviews
Project Manager Keys for Success:
Extreme ownership of rehab quality and budget
Ability to plan and see the “big picture”
Competent in conflict and crisis management
Knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
Efficient time management
Self educating and requesting support as needed
Project Manager Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
