Project Manager

Seattle software is a boutique software development firm located in Old Towne Bellevue that caters to high end clients who come to us with amazing app and software ideas and they come to us because we cater to their needs like no other.

We are starting to grow and that means getting us a professional Project manager to help us.

40% of our business is new apps, 35% is new software and the rest is fixing someone else’s mistakes.

Seattle Software is currently looking for a mid-level to senior Project Manager to work in our downtown Bellevue Project management offices.

We sport an epic work environment for our PM’s that has cool vintage Americana including Microsoft’s first board room table, neon lights, Jimi Hendrix’s 1965 twin reverb, and a dog friendly office that boasts over 25 epic restaurants within a two block radius ranging from a killer Pho place to Thai, to Pagliacci’s pizza.

We listen to albums on an 79 Macintosh amp with a 70’s turntable!

This is a full time contract position that will become permanent if the candidate works out after a (90) day assessment.

Our ideal PM candidate will understand the inside of a software firm and more importantly the SDLC lifecycle.

WHAT WE NEED:

Someone who knows project management and can be responsible for the efficient and quick implementation of software deliverables for our app and software clients and provide them with an amazing customer service experience with frequent communication.

Customer service and hitting goals on time are huge for us because our clients plan out branding and other futures based on when the app is completed on the software side.

So while we get that a good project manager can work on pretty much any type of project, we want someone who is really specialized that will take care of the projects on a case by case basis and WE KNOW HOW TO REWARD our PM’s with a weekly salary, plus a generous commission of 2-3% of each project after developer costs!

Our ideal candidate will know how to instantly become the bridge between the client and our local and overseas developers and be able to sit in on sales meetings and “talk tech” with the clients so our sales team can close the deals.

We don’t treat the client/PM interaction like a dentist appointment.

We currently have multiple “dev teams”, but we could use a few more as we are growing.

Most of our projects require only one or two dev teams at most usually a software team and a UI/UX team.

The right person will feel at ease working with our other sister corporation, an amazing Seattle based advertising firm that creates Branding, Advertising and Digital Marketing for our app customers coming through the software company.

The right person we want is someone to come in and work closely with our development teams and clients and be able to become what we consider “Part of our family”.

The right person will be able to take over existing projects from the previous PM.
The right person will enjoy “Mexi Fridays” on the house.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU FOR EXPERIENCE:

5+ years as a project manager, dealing with dev teams and clients, managing app and software clients, customer service experience a plus since your dealing with clients
