Full Job Description

The Program Manager is responsible for the performance of the work. The Program Manager shall have full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation of the contract. The Program Manager shall be available between 7:30 AM – 4 PM, Monday through Friday except Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed for administrative reasons. Contractor personnel performing work under this contract shall have and maintain the minimum Fort
Hood Installation access background or security clearance at time of the contract start date and for the life of the contract. The Contractor shall also have an Alternate Project Manager who shall serve as
the Project Manager during their absence, with the same authority. The Alternate Project Manager shall act in the capacity of the Project Manager for no more than two (2) weeks at a time. The Program
Manager and any individuals designated as key personnel shall be able to understand, speak, read, and write the English language.
