Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Eastern Region is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Product Manager. This position will cover the Philadelphia, PA market.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage Dealer and TFS team member product training including program preparation, stand up facilitation and program follow up
- Partner with ASM/DSSMs on training initiatives as well as being key contact for dealers, DSSOs and ASMs
- Partner with TMS region and Lexus area office for training delivery
- Identify opportunities for improving sales process, dealer and DSSO profitability as well as customer experience
- Support the dealer discovery consultation process and partner with ASMs/DSSMs on pre and post work
- Review reports and analyze trends and opportunities to mitigate loss
What you bring
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum of six years of experience in captive auto finance or retail auto and/or wholesale environments
- Presentation and training experience/skillsets highly preferred
- Must have hands on knowledge of dealer financial services and products
