Who we’re looking for

Toyota’s Eastern Region is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Product Manager. This position will cover the Philadelphia, PA market.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage Dealer and TFS team member product training including program preparation, stand up facilitation and program follow up
  • Partner with ASM/DSSMs on training initiatives as well as being key contact for dealers, DSSOs and ASMs
  • Partner with TMS region and Lexus area office for training delivery
  • Identify opportunities for improving sales process, dealer and DSSO profitability as well as customer experience
  • Support the dealer discovery consultation process and partner with ASMs/DSSMs on pre and post work
  • Review reports and analyze trends and opportunities to mitigate loss


What you bring

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum of six years of experience in captive auto finance or retail auto and/or wholesale environments
  • Presentation and training experience/skillsets highly preferred
  • Must have hands on knowledge of dealer financial services and products
