ROLE: The Personal Assistant will provide personalized administrative support and coordinate projects in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the Executive’s personal and working life and communication.The duties of this role vary greatly and may change over time.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting with both personal and professional day to day needs and requested tasks
- Arrange travel (4-6 weeks or more in advance) and itinerary
- Look ahead at calendars to make sure there are no conflicts and that everything is set up properly with links, dates, times, addresses, agendas etc.
- Learning and managing social media marketing on behalf of the company and the executives
- Managing several Social media accounts across various social media platforms
- Helps executives prepare for meetings
- Conducts research
- Assist with events
- Act as point of contact for the Executive’s personal and household vendors (landscaping, utilities, cleaning team, internet, etc.)
- Running errands on Executive’s behalf
- Grocery shopping/ordering
- Organizing meal itinerary/prep for travel
- Household organizing
- Other household duties as requested
- Attend requested team meetings
- Seek out and proactively suggest improvements to processes and new responsibilities and projects as needed
REQUIREMENTS
