About the Position and Duties:

  • Costs/budget & Turnover

– Achievement of financial targets – Budget / cost control of training, recruitment and other events – Steering and planning of all activities including training and recruitment linked activities of the Training Centre – Efficient utilisation of all resources – Evaluation/Implementation of processes to ensure business success – Administration, Management & Leadership • Recruit, supervise, direct, lead, coach employees in Ceridian Academy

  • Contribute to strategic thinking
  • Show initiative in project implementation and talents development initiatives
  • Oversea record management and due diligence at Ceridian Academy
  • Support Ceridian in talent search and talent development initiatives

– Business Development & Relationship Management – Identify appropriate services including training and recruitment for the market served – Promote Ceridian Academy brand and services including training and recruitment in different forums – Liaise and negotiate with clients and other partners on various matters pertaining to training and recruitment – Manages the relationship with different business partners (identification, sales and negotiation, contracting, profit distribution) – Building and maintaining reputation of Training Centre – Definition of training requirements, methodology and schedule – Consulting (with a view to sell) on recruitment services; training courses, training needs, training delivery & effectiveness – Evaluation of training delivery – Learning • Perform TNA and requirement definition with clients

  • Design, Develop and deliver relevant courses
  • Maintain the Quality Assurance Framework through other Part Time and Full Time Trainers
  • Manage portfolio of part time and full time trainers
  • Oversea compliance with all regulatory and partner bodies
  • Undertake follow ups with clients to verify learning effectiveness
  • Research on new methodologies for continual improvement and training effectiveness – Recruitment Process Outsourcing
  • Consult client on appropriate approaches for the RPO
  • Negotiate recruitment services with clients
  • Design recruitment campaigns aligned with customer targets
  • Direct, Monitor and supervise the recruitment processes and targets achieved by the recruitment team
  • Continually improve processes so that recruitment targets are achieved
