ABOUT THIS POSITION
KBR requires a Junior Project Manager to assist planning, organizing, completion, and presentation of assessments for program/project management concepts to include cost/schedule/performance, analyses, studies and procedures. The selected applicant will collect inputs, create initial draft versions and finalize documents such as monthly status reports. The applicant will prepare scientific and technical information report packages for coordination between KBR technical and management personnel and government customers. Applicant will track and maintain KBR employee and subcontractor travel requests. As part of the duties, the applicant will maintain KBRâs Quality Management System (QMS) for numerous projects and overarching programs. Other duties may include assisting in the review of existing or proposed projects, programs, processes, and policies/laws, and recommend improvements. The selected applicant will assist in proposal preparation to include research in past performance, storyboarding, proposal writing, etc. This position is full-time at the KBR Mission Point Office.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist in strategic communication with senior leaders and preparing documents for coordination with various organizations and offices. The selected applicant will collect inputs, create initial draft versions and finalize documents.
- Estblishing timelines for both quick-turn and longer term projects, and tracking progress through completion
- Prepare, control, and review procurement files for the purchase of the supplies and equipment; and resolve a variety of shipment, payment, or other discrepancies.
- Prepping senior leader(s) for meetings and engagements, ensuring all relevant information is conveyed and fully understood to support discussions and decision-making.
- Perform a range of program management activities, such as: gathering a variety of program information; conducting analyses; developing program strategies; milestone planning, tracking, and scheduling; establishing and maintaining databases
- Using Microsoft Office suite of applications/tools to develop and publish products for senior executive review, coordination and approval.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of work experience
- DoD Clearance Requirement: Secret
- Proficiency in all MS Office applications to specifically include: Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook.
- Outstanding communication and coordination skills required.
The Candidate will have to show practical and demonstrated program management skills with emphasis on communication and stakeholder engagement with the following required skills:

- Candidate must possess strong computer skills and must be proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working in the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center or other DoD organization is desired
