Your role
Are you able to handle managing multiple projects at once? Would you be able to drive team performance to ensure quality project/portfolio management support? We are looking for someone with these qualities to join our Program Management Office team to:
Ensure full range of project / program administration as per UBS standards
Establish frameworks/processes that ensure the quality execution of PMO services
Provide support to Program/Project Managers in creation of program charters, project status reports, project plans, compliance and financial reporting
Monitor and report progress towards project milestones and deliverable completion
Assist with creating documents/polished slide decks to guide meetings
Create and monitor KPIs to drive improvements and provide visibility to senior management
Your team
Your Program Management organization team is responsible for providing pro-active administrative support to program managers using agreed Program/Project management methodologies. We provide extensive professional support in the area of project administration, reporting as well as financial management.
PMO organization expertise covers Wealth Management Americas portfolio of programs as well as Global Cyber Resiliency initiative
Your expertise
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) certification (preferred)
An in-depth, proven experience with industry standards and tools (e.g. Program & Project Management Best Practices and Framework, PPM, SDLC)
Strong writing and verbal skills, comfortable communicating and collaborating with colleagues globally at all levels
An in-depth understanding of Program/Project Management framework, its knowledge areas and associated processes. Successfully delivered programs/projects in complex transformational environments
Strong experience in technology, shared services, financials project management or quality control
A proven track record in translating business demand and goals into tangible deliverables and actions
You are:
Self-driven—able to work both independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Experienced working in process oriented environment
Experienced working with agile, scaled agile and Waterfall project management frameworks
Exceptional at providing senior management with progress updates and reports
Strongly versed in industry standards and tools (i.e. Program & Project Management Best Practices and Framework, PPM, SDLC)
