The Worldwide Customer Experience Team brings together the best executive engagement programs and assets within Microsoft – including our Executive Briefing Centers (EBC) and Microsoft Technology Centers (MTC) to deliver world-class customer experiences with the goal of leading our customers through their digital transformation journey. We are responsible for defining the customer experience, engaging directly with our top strategic and enterprise customers, and providing segment leadership to the field. We are looking for an experiential marketer and senior program manager to join the Customer Experience Team to help lead and contribute to our Immersive Experiences journey.


Responsibilities

You will be responsible for creating compelling product and solution messaging through immersive experiences. These experiences have the potential to light up scenarios at our Executive Briefing Center (EBC), Microsoft Flagship Stores, Global Experience Centers and at our Industry Experience Center. These centers represent a global portfolio of options to help light up the art of the possible for our customers’ Digital Transformation.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Partner with industry teams, business groups and product teams on designing and deploying immersive and experiential industry experiences
  • Support budget planning
  • Define and implement processes and cadence for keeping experiences up to date
  • Partner with the wider Customer Experience Team on delivering experiences at scale to other Experience Centers
  • Partner with the wider Customer Experience Team on A/V, content management, and technology strategy as it relates to industry content


Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills:

  • 4+ years of related program/project management experience preferably for a technology company or provider
  • 2+ years of marketing experience
  • Program strategy and operational excellence, with demonstrated strategic planning ability
  • Strong project management skills with proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-group collaboration skills
  • Strong storytelling skills and experience in experiential marketing
  • Experience distilling complex concepts into easily consumable customer-facing content
  • Creative thinking and ability to design and optimize new processes and solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to encourage teamwork and collaboration through effectively managing change
  • Problem solving and escalation management in a complex environment
  • Experience managing budgets
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (e.g. marketing, business or information technology) preferred or equivalent work experience
