This is an exciting opportunity to direct and lead human resource activities, building and maintaining effective relationships with the workforce, and engaging the employees and plant management in organization. Design activities that foster and sustain a high performance work culture.
Specific duties include:
- Lead and direct plant HR activities to support the achievement of plant performance metrics in the areas of Safety, Cost, Quality, Schedule Adherence and Productivity.
- Ensure the execution of key plant HR initiatives and processes to continuous improvement in the areas of organizational effectiveness, staffing, employee relations, performance management, training and development, benefits, employment practices and compliance.
- Support organization change efforts and collaborate with plant leadership to ensure successful change management approaches through effective planning and analysis, communication of change initiatives, full and active leadership support and employee involvement.
- Provide counsel and coaching to all employees on a wide range of personnel matters
- Track and analyze plant HR metrics to determine root cause and develop and execute action plans to address problem areas
- Mentor and develop direct reports to ensure their on going development and functional excellence
Required Qualifications:
5+ years HR Management experience in a manufacturing organization.
Ability to interacts with a variety of diverse individuals within the plant and in corporate HR grou
