Seeking an energetic leader with significant B2B experience in the automotive sector. Global reach and scale are critical. An automotive network is important.

This role requires a high degree of agile thinking, entrepreneurship and commercial acumen that results in the ability to define and capture value in emerging technologies. This executive therefore must be known capable in the conceptualization and commercialization of connected hardware, software and services that drive new or enhanced revenue streams. A passion for product and UX innovation are critical. She/he will bring a proven ability to strike win-win deals with customers and ecosystem partners / platform providers. Direct release and/or integration experience in any to all of the following areas is preferable:

  • Telematics
  • Vehicle Communication Platform
  • Electronic modules
  • Integrating 3rd party ADAS software – including chassis/powertrain controls

  • Ability to articulate inspiring automotive opportunities and integration vision for the organization
  • Inclination to seek and analyse data from a variety of sources to support decisions and to align others with the organization’s overall strategy.
  • Entrepreneurial approach to developing new, innovative ideas that will stretch the organization and push the boundaries within the industry.


Executing for Results

  • Drive Nauto projects with OEMs and Tier 1 automotive suppliers toward production integration
  • Either direct SW integration or via Tier 1 subsystem integration (ISRVM, OHC, other)
  • Business case / business model development for Nauto and OEM customer ROI
  • The ability to set clear and challenging goals while committing the organization to improved performance; tenacious and accountable in driving results.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty; the ability to adapt nimbly and lead others through complex situations.
