Harley-Davidson Finance and Insurance Manager
Most Wanted Harley-Davidson is a fast-growing dealership in Dodge City, KS. We are looking for an extremely organized, self-directed, Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team.
Harley-Davidson Financial Services (HDFS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Harley-Davidson, Inc., offers a wide range of financial products and services to motorcycle enthusiasts and Harley-Davidson dealerships. Products available to consumers include financing on motorcycles, MotorClothesâ˘, and parts and accessories; cycle insurance; and extended service plans for Harley-DavidsonÂŽ motorcycles.
The F&I Manager will be responsible for assisting customers who want to purchase a motorcycle. The Finance Manager will structure deals that are in compliance with lender guidelines and dealership policies, resulting in quick funding and a high level of customer satisfaction, while upholding the highest ethical standards.
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- Passion for motorcycles
- Produce acceptable levels of revenue and profits for the dealership by selling finance, insurance extended service programs, and other financial products to new and used motorcycle customers
- Check all paperwork for correct title, line information, taxes, and calculation errors
- Ensure that finance and registration paperwork is presented and thoroughly explained to customers in an easy to understand and honest fashion
- Methodically explain and sell warranties and other coverage contracts to customers
- Handle the processing of all necessary documentation for lien placement, and titling and registration with government agencies
- Understand and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding financing and vehicle sales; have knowledge of state regulations regarding finance and the fair Credit Reporting Act
- Structure deals in accordance with lender and dealership guidelines
- Contact customers using mailing lists, web leads, and personal follow-up to encourage additional sales and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain good lender relations and evaluate new lender programs
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports as requested by management
- Inform the sales team of current finance programs and extended service contracts
- High energy, competitive, sales driven personality
- Automotive finance and insurance experience preferred
- Sales negotiation and successful sales closing ability is necessary for this position
- Ability and desire to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Should be passionate about the Harley-Davidson brand; riding experience is not required but is preferred
- Harley-Davidson dealership experience a plus
- Lightspeed experience a plus

Pay is commensurate with applicantâs training, education, and experience.
