Title: COO / General Manager – Industrial Manufacturing
Location: Nashville, TN Area
Salary: $200k – $250k plus Bonus & Equity
Private Equity sponsored Industrial Manufacturing company with 250+ employees and $100MM in annual revenue is confidentially looking for a COO / General Manager to lead and manage all aspects of day to day operations covering multiple facilities.
- Manage and participate in organizational assessments to identify and implement plans for improving operational & financial performance
- Executive P&L Responsibility for Operations & Sales Teams
- Establish, implement & evaluate KPI’s data to improve on operating efficiencies
- Proven experience in developing and affecting organizational change
- Recruit & develop functional leaders
Requirements:
- Previous experience managing a PE Portfolio company is highly preferred
- B.S. Degree is required
- MBA or Advanced Degree is preferred
- 10+ years of Leadership / Executive experience in the Manufacturing industry
- Ideal candidates will have a diverse background spanning Operations, P&L Oversight, Engineering, Sales and/or Supply Chain
- Excellent communication skills – ability to communicate with both C-Suite and Plant Floor employees
