Program Finance leader for contract cost and financial management. Program Scope involves Development efforts in a full DFARS environment. Leader will be expected to understand the long-term impact of the programs under their responsibility and their relation to other contracts on the program.
Manage a group of direct report employees who manage the monthly Earned Value Business rhythm in a full DFARS environment, provide variance reports, submit Financial CDRLS, prepare quarterly financial review charts, analyze EAC and manpower distributions, and prepare annual Long Range Plan data. Work closely with the program management team to provide sound business advice.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in DoD Program Finance
Leadership experience
Experience with Earned Value Management System
Desired Skills:
Ten (10) or more years of related experience
Knowledge/experience with DFARS requirements
Leadership experience in Finance & Business Operations
Excellent Excel skills
