Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) businesses build enduring client relationships through sound, thoughtful and objective advice. We help our clients by developing individualized plans for everything from retirement goals to business succession planning, to family legacy intentions. Services include comprehensive planning and advice, investment management, brokerage, private banking, estate planning strategies, trust, insurance and both individual and institutional retirement.
The WIM COO offers process and program management for a variety of initiatives. Primarily, the group oversees and leads integration projects (including acquisitions) and the implementation of WIM strategic initiatives, provides WIM leadership for enterprise and cross-WIM initiatives, manages project governance for WIM projects, and provides leadership for international projects.
The Executive Assistant will perform a variety of administrative duties in support of one or more business leaders.
Duties include:
- Handling phone calls and correspondence directed to the business manager(s) from senior executives, external suppliers, regulators, business partners and/or selectively referring callers
- Establishing and implementing office procedures and controls
- Meeting and Calendar management for leaders
- Using MS Office suite to compose complex and/or confidential correspondence, presentations and meeting materials
- Booking and managing team member travel; Managing expenses and expense reimbursement
- Responsible for onboarding 3rd party vendor consultants; SharePoint Administration
- Provides support and facilitates larger projects managed by others and may manage less complex projects
This position will be located in Charlotte.
Required Qualifications

5+ years of administrative support experience

Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

Experience supporting multiple managers with calendar management, travel arrangements, scheduling of meetings and events
