What will you do?
- We are looking for an exceptional go-getter with the ability to lead a global, multi-disciplinary R&D organization, providing technical focus and insight, and inspiring product development to meet product roadmap objectives.
- Results are important, and you will be accountable for delivering the MM Product portfolio, meeting user requirements on time and on budget
- Embracing high goals and a desire to lead innovation in R&D, you will create impactful strategies and actions plans that will achieve positive outcomes
- With a focus on customers, you will drive Key Opinion Leader collaborations
- A developer of talent; you will lead, coach, and develop an exciting team of diverse talent while fostering a culture of inclusion
- As a valued member of the MM leadership team, you will connect with MM supporting functions to ensure long-term success for our customers and drive an organization that delivers technical milestones during the product development life cycle.
How will you get here?
- Advanced degree in Engineering or Science field with 10+ years of meaningful global experience, preferably in production processes related to metals, minerals, mines, or food.
- Experience in Intellectual Property Portfolio Management and Technical Development Portfolio Management
- Have developed talent and built a next generation of R&D leaders
- Understand Design for Manufacture and Design for Six Sigma
