What will you do?
- Because results are important, you will be accountable for prioritizing and delivering a steady stream of new products for the Environmental and Process Monitoring (EPM) product portfolio, where the expectation is that customer needs are met both on-time and on-budget
- As an exceptional go-getter with the ability to lead a global, multi-disciplinary R&D organization, you will provide technical focus and insight, and ensure that the team delivers product development to meet growth objectives within a product and technology roadmap
- With a focus on customers, you will develop a network of Key External Experts, Leaders and collaborators, working together to advance innovation into enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer
- As a developer of talent, you will lead, coach, and develop a team of diverse technical talent while fostering a culture of inclusion and accountability
- As a team player, you will help the team to make tough, but necessary trade-off decisions that can focus and leverage available resource to drive long term sustainable advantage
- As a person with strong social agility, you will navigate our functional matrix and work collaboratively to achieve the success of every product introduction

How will you get here?
Education
- Minimum requirement of masters degree in scientific field or equivalent experience
Experience
- 10+ years of meaningful global R&D experience, Environmental and Process Monitoring experience helpful, but not required
- Interactions with Global Environmental Regulatory Entities (such as the Environmental Protection Agency)
- Intellectual Property Portfolio Management
- Familiarity with Design for Manufacture and Design for Six Sigma
- General engineering disciplines associated with analytical instrument development helpful
