Seeking a dynamic, full-time Tennis Professional with entrepreneurial skills to grow and build the junior program. Will be responsible for supervision and coordination of all aspects of the junior program including junior group lessons, league and ladder play, high performance touring team and inter-club travel teams. Responsibilities also include teaching (privates and groups for adults as well as juniors). Must have previous tennis teaching experience and a successful competitive tennis playing background (preferably at a NCAA intercollegiate level of play).
Must have an energetic and outgoing personality and a genuine love for tennis and the lifestyle benefits of tennis. Will be expected to provide the highest level of service in addressing needs of membership. Position includes teaching commission, administrative salary, incentives plus attractive benefits (including tennis apparel, etc.).
