Director of Clinic Applications

The Director of Clinic Applications will be responsible for identifying, designing, implementing and managing the software “architecture” for the company’s clinics/stores. S/he will define, implement and oversee workflow, processes and applications for the entire customer experience in the clinics process from scheduling appointments, treatments and follow-up. The Director of Clinic Applications will also be responsible for optimizing workforce optimization and scheduling of the clinic staff. RESPONSIBILITIES • Ensure seamless workflow into and out of the clinics, including optimization of customer interaction, scheduling, cancellations, in-clinic treatments, client surveys, etc.

• Manage inhouse and offshore software development projects related to clinic functionality

• Manage CRM (Salesforce) development, configuration and administration related to all relevant functions that impact the clinic operations

• Interface with clinics to ensure IT requirements are met

• Optimize clinic workforce (scheduling and skills utilization)

• Develop processes and applications to automate treatments in the clinics

• Ensure clinics comply with all legal and regulatory IT requirements (e.g. HIPAA) QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum of 10 years of combined clinic or retail store workflow and application deployment experience

• Product Management experience (e.g., defining and driving requirements) is highly desired
