Directs, plans, organizes and evaluates enterprise digital patient experience features/capabilities and associated business processes from strategy and design through execution; Facilitates the activities of business, including all change and culture management components as well as coordinating the technical execution, including digital marketing, software development and technology business solutions. Actively monitors performance and makes adjustments to drive KPI’s and desired outcomes.
Participates in the ongoing process to identify and prioritize business processes and functions that can be converted to digital to enhance experience, outcomes, efficiency, and to ultimately empower the patient to become a trusted partner in the management and delivery of their care.

  • Works with senior leadership to develop long-term digital patient experience strategic roadmap.
  • Develops and executes on detailed work plans to complete enterprise design, build and implementation of specific digital patient experience initiatives/features, including rollout of transformed operational workflows.
  • Facilitates complex integrated enterprise design session to drive often divergent senior leaders to a single enterprise decisions to serve as the foundation for the build of our future state digital features, capabilities and workflows.
  • Establishes ongoing performance improvement infrastructure, including governance bodies, workgroups, and processes to facilitate a culture and expectation regarding ever-improving outcomes, efficiencies, and experience.
  • Collaborates with senior leadership to routinely monitor strategic operating goals and objectives, and confirm that ongoing transformation is in alignment with goals. Participates in operational performance, justification and/or corrective action efforts as appropriate and necessary.
  • Collaborates with senior leadership to evolve access to critical data to support ongoing business analytics and intelligence.
  • Develops and oversees financial management including budget, salary, capital and revenue projections.
  • Reviews, authorizes and prioritizes all financial and capital expenditures by assessing profitability, alignment with business objectives and budget parameters.
  • Establishes and measures organizational performance against goals and objectives.
  • Selects, develops, manages and evaluates direct reports; and oversees the selection, development, management and evaluation of indirect reports.
  • Develops and monitors strategic operating goals, objectives and budget; and reports operational performance, justification and/or corrective action.
  • Build strong interdepartmental connections to evangelize for the use of digital solutions and champion the ongoing improvement of digital capabilities. Builds and maintains productive inter/intra departmental and vendor work relationships to optimize operations.
  • Partner with the internal creative design team to develop contemporary and relevant expressions of the brand identify and leverage all available digital tools to drive consumer awareness and preference for the brand.
  • Mentor staff in large-scale project management and client support.
  • Oversees compliance with government and agency regulations.
  • Ensures adequate scheduling and assigns responsibilities to ensure an equitable distribution of work.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field, required. Master’s Degree, preferred.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible senior management experience in related field, required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of change management and advanced project management experience with major enterprise-wide initiatives, including technical implementations and workflow transformation, required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in digital healthcare field.
  • High level of comfort with digital healthcare strategies, trends, and opportunities and discussing and strategizing the use of web technology.
  • Knowledge of core digital marketing competencies including email marketing, digital advertising, SEM, and social media.

Knowledge and passion for current and emerging digital healthcare technologies.
