Debt Capital Markets Business Manager/COO

Operate as Business Manager / Chief Operating Officer for Debt Capital Markets (DCM – Investment Grade, Emerging Markets and Project Finance), High Yield Capital Markets (HYCM), Debt Syndicate (DS), and Structured Finance Group (SFG)

Support Group Heads in day-to-day management of business, delivery of team strategy, financial performance and reporting and regular internal updates, risk / controls and people / talent, and organization of the annual review / promotion process

Coordinate DCM, HYCM, DS, and SFG with key constituents across the bank locally and globally including US Corporate Banking, Financial Institutions Group, Real Estate Division, Derivatives, Loan Capital Markets, Japanese & Asian Corporate Banking, and European DCM

Tracking, reconciliation and analysis of P&L

Assist with keeping the teams organized and in-line with bank policies & procedures including expense approvals, days off, etc.

Compliance and administrative tasks, including e-mail reviews on behalf of the supervisors and ensuring supervisors timely complete monthly supervisor review checklists

Preferred Experience: 7 to 10 years experience in a capital markets, investment banking, or front office position

Preferred background would have previous front office experience to drive the internal reporting and presentations of the Debt Capital Markets, High Yield Capital Markets, Debt Syndicate, and Structured Finance Group businesses
