The business is currently recruiting for a senior Vice President. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with the global operations leads, client service, technology and data-scientists as it relates to data structure and analysis across Payment Repair, Sanction Screening, Fraud Screening, Global Funds Control, Liquidity, Billing, Static Data and Investigations. Scope will include helping to define and implement a cohesive data and dashboard strategy across Payment Operations, identify opportunities to optimize operational processes and drive a better client experience.

Lead information delivery and business intelligence strategy sessions and ensure reporting is customer focused, results oriented, and process opportunity driven

Employ analytical, conceptual, and creative thinking skills to improve the use of information across wholesale payment operation functions

Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of information in complicated and unique situations and contribute to formulation of standards and strategies

Ability to design dashboards and cross connect different components of the payment functions to identify trends and opportunities

Serve as primary subject matter expert across the organization and assist users with ad hoc dashboard/report construction queries and researching issues on existing data, query tools, and reports

Interface with data experts, data sourcing resources to outline gaps and differences and assist in the data validation process

Complete data analysis and data mapping required to standardize data from a variety of data source feeds

Deliver sophisticated analysis products with accurate and appropriate interpretation and thoughtful evaluation of data.

Research new data sources and analytical tools; contribute to new product development and improvement in product delivery and presentation
