Volunteer position that’s fully remote.

We’re reaching out to business executives and education leaders to help lead a new Nanny and Family Association. As the childcare industry modernizes, there is an unmet need to support sitters, nannies, families, agencies, online services, and others in our growing community.

1. General Counsel and Director of Ethics – Provide legal and ethical guidance to other Board of Directors and contribute 1 event each quarter. Events can be a published article, recorded webinar or Facebook live Q&A session.

2. Director of Outreach – Promote the US Nanny Association to businesses in order to gain organizational members and fees which provides the financial infrastructure needed to grow the US Nanny Association. A background in sales is a plus.

3. Director of Education – Create a team of childcare experts to give webinars and provide educational tools and resources to support the online digital library, blog and social media. Lead the national standards advisory team and make recommendations to improve the credential programs. Must have at least a Master’s degree in education.

4. Director of Resources – Create a team of journalists, bloggers and video content managers to host webinars, publish articles, manage and add content to our digital library and publish a monthly newsletter. Must have at least a Bachelor’s degree.

The US Nanny Association strives to advance nanny skills and elevate the profession of childcare with nationally recognized standards, credentials, resources, professional development, events, and networking opportunities. For more information, visit usnanny.org.
