The Sales Vice President plays a key role in the growth of Puzzle Innovationz and establishing the company as a leader in the Outsourced Development space. Role is responsible for creating sales targets to meet the company objectives and for developing strategic sales plans based on goals that promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization.
This is a 100% commission without any base payment, opportunity with a tiered structure that will greatly reward individuals that are self-motivated. Each deal signed is an immediate payout with an opportunity to receive additional monthly bonuses based on meeting or exceeding sales goals.

– Minimum of 10+ years of managing large territory and/or regions selling Outsourcing & Offshore IT Services
– Demonstrated performance in Complex Solution/ IT Service Sales to US clients
– Experience on Global Delivery Model (Desirable)
– Previous experience in a multi-national company (Desirable)
– Experience managing P&L
– Experience and/or keen understanding of offshore models
– Experience in Hi-Tech vertical Sales or appreciation of technology software products
– Proven communicator/presenter
– Supervisory experience, managing and developing a team
YOU WANT TO WORK WITH
Manage sales and account management, with distributed resources located in USA and internationally, of Outsourced Software Development services and Testing Services
Maintain and deliver Revenue Plans
Manage, develop and maintain client relationships and trusted partnerships that will optimize profitability, revenue, and client satisfaction.
Work with the offshore delivery, pre-sales, inside sales and marketing teams in closing new accounts and managing existing accounts.
Manage team of Account Executives to close new accounts
Manage Account Manager(s) to service and grow existing accounts
Build growth strategy, identifying new business opportunities and driving them with the Operations team
Build direct and indirect Sales channels and strong alliances
Builds, develops and manages a sales team capable of carrying out needed sales and service initiativesDirects implementation and execution of sales policies and practices.
Ensures communications are coordinated, supports sales plan objectives and meets organizational expenditure requirements in conjunction with Marketing.
Ability to collaborate and including Delivery, Marketing, Sales Enablement and Operations, etc.
This is a remote position. Meaning you can work from anywhere.Note that this is a 100% commission base only.
