Position Summary:
Reporting to the SVP, People Solutions with a dotted line to the SVP and GM, Enterprise Imaging, the role is responsible for design and implementation of the human capital strategy for the Enterprise Imaging business unit.
The individual must be a transformational leader that can work collaboratively across multiple functions and disciplines to drive business results. This leader will develop strong working relationships, take a consultative approach and act as a key advisor to members of Imaging senior leadership team.
Select RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Earns and acts as a trusted advisor and partner to the Enterprise Imaging senior leadership team on all matters related to people and organizational effectiveness.
- In partnership with the business unit leadership, designs and implements a human capital strategy and organization effectiveness plan to support the business strategy and goals.
- Identifies needs and provides consultation on organizational design actions to maximize success for the organization; provides effective organizational effectiveness evaluations and recommendations.
- Drives an effective and robust talent agenda to support business strategy, including performance management, talent review and succession, and drives key practices to develop high potential talent.
- Partners with leadership team to proactively identify, design, and execute retention and engagement strategies to continually develop and retain high performer and high potential talent.
- Drives effective change management and communication practices with leadership team.
- Collaborates with business and People Solutions leaders to develop and implement strategic workforce plans.
- Partners and collaborates with People Solutions shared services and COE leaders to ensure the scalability and appropriate evolution of core People Solutions systems, programs and processes to include total rewards, internal communications, talent management and culture, and people services.
- Drives team effectiveness practices to improve organizational performance. Includes leadership coaching, team styles and decision making.
- Leads enterprise-wide projects or initiatives. May serve as the Project Lead working with other People Solutions team members and key leaders to develop, implement, and make improvements to key processes and initiatives.
- Champions and helps develop and sustain a culture and environment that aligns with Change Healthcare’s vision and values.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Master’s degree required.
- Minimum of 14 years related human resources (or equivalent) experience and five-years management experience. In addition, will have served at least eight years as an HR leader or Senior Business Partner supporting a global organization of comparable size and/or complexity.
- Proven experience and expertise leading an organization through complex organizational, technology and culture change, or other business transformation.
- Experience working for an innovative technology strongly company preferred.
- Proven experience designing organizational effectiveness plans to drive business results.
- Experience driving effective change management practices.
- Exceptional business acumen and solid financial skills.
- A demonstrated track record designing and implementing innovative solutions to address complex business problems.
- Experience managing a team of People Solutions/HR professionals across multiple global geographies.
- Understands and utilizes workforce analytics to drive business results.
- Proven ability to create positive team dynamics with high morale and strong performance.
- Ability to navigate and work across multiple (and sometimes conflicting) agendas to develop, communicate, and support business unit’s short-term and long-term business objectives.
- Track record of attracting, developing, and retaining “A” talent in a highly competitive marketplace.
- Proven ability to provide leadership through times of ambiguity, complexity and uncertainty.
