This position, an integral role within the Global Operations team, has accountability for overseeing all aspects of the company’s customer experience strategy, insights and analytics. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of company’s customer experience strategy including research and analytics, voice of customer, experience design, customer care, customer intelligence and customer loyalty
  • Build a 360-degree view of customer experience using comprehensive insights and analytics
  • Work heavily in a cross-functional capacity to ensure consistent communication across all business units as it relates to both internal and external customer experience
  • Lead all guest experience projects and organizational culture transformation

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required. Advanced Degree highly preferred
  • 5+ years in large customer -management roles for large global entities
  • Customer-centric, strategic and problem-solving mindset
  • Strong people management experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $250,000.00 to $300,000.00 /year
