Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of companyâs customer experience strategy including research and analytics, voice of customer, experience design, customer care, customer intelligence and customer loyalty
- Build a 360-degree view of customer experience using comprehensive insights and analytics
- Work heavily in a cross-functional capacity to ensure consistent communication across all business units as it relates to both internal and external customer experience
- Lead all guest experience projects and organizational culture transformation
Job Qualifications
- Bachelorâs Degree required. Advanced Degree highly preferred
- 5+ years in large customer -management roles for large global entities
- Customer-centric, strategic and problem-solving mindset
- Strong people management experience

Salary: $250,000.00 to $300,000.00 /year
