Sr Director of Program Management
Anixter is currently seeking Sr. Director of Program Management to deliver the most customer-centric supply chain solutions in the industry. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for both ends of process improvement. External: customer facing improvements, ensure their experience with Anixter is best in class, unique to their requirements and uniform across geographies. Internally: Your position is to optimize the value chain we utilize to service your client base and to program mange through new customer wins or chances for value chain for improvements.

Job Responsibilities
- Oversite of Multiple Programs and Program Managers
- Growth and Mentoring of Multiple Program Managers
- Responsible for the overall profitability of all programs
- Anixterâs Return on Sales for each Program
- Anixterâs Return on Tangible Capital of each Program
- Revenue Growth of All Programs
- Responsible for the execution of Multiple Programs to meet Customer Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- On time delivery
- Inventory expectations & requirements
- Lead time expectations
- Responsible for the day to day staffing requirements of all Programs
- Manage the staffing to budgets
- Responsible for working with various Anixter functional leaders to ensure the smooth operation and daily execution of all tasks within the program

- Experience at managing and mentoring multiple individuals
- Has the ability to multi-task and problem solve across multiple programs
- Anixter experience a plus
- A creative, self motivated individual who knows how to get things done
- An individual able to provide a vision and direction for those involved in the execution of multiple programs
- Strong leadership qualities are a must to have
- An organized, process oriented individual, capable of dealing with multiple issues at once
- Has the ability to work closely with other individuals to accomplish goals
- Has the ability to work in conjunction with the sales team to grow the revenue of the program
- Has the initiative and knowledge to identify issues, create solutions and implement changes to improve the overall performance of the program
- Has the ability to understand P&Ls and financials, interpret their results and understand how they can improve and impact those results
- Bilingual in English and Spanish Preferred
