The Sr. Director, Financial Planning & Analysis reports to the Vice President, Finance. This individual will be a key leader within the FP&A team, focused on orchestrating the budgeting and forecasting cycles within the company, and producing relevant and actionable management reporting and analytics. The will be responsible for maintaining repeatable and scalable processes that support a fast-paced growing medical device company. This role will partner very closely with the senior leadership throughout the organization on matters relating to the delivery of financial and operational performance that will enable the company to achieve its strategic objectives. Responsibilities:
Lead management reporting for US Orthopaedics and Global Orthopaedics franchise
Lead financial planning cycles for all of Ortho
Manage Marketing, Training and HCS budgets by partnering with the respective business leaders
First point of contact for all BD processes and projects
Financial reviews of all capital acquisition and disposal requests
Partner with CFO on resource allocation decisions
Manage internal and external audit processes
Oversight over internal controls
Sales incentive compensation design and execution
Cash flow and A/R management by being the conduit between the business and Shared Services
Balance sheet management in partnership with GBS (Global Business Services)
Manage two direct reports and 6 indirect reports
Location: Cordova, TN
Education: MBA or CPA required
Experience: 10-15 years

– Strong Microsoft Excel capability.
– Knowledge of Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) consolidation system
