- Manage overall project delivery as the Owner’s agent responsible for project execution.
- Lead multi-discipline teams in the development of design-build delivery project requirements.
- Translate program and conceptual design documentation into comprehensive solicitation packages.
- Support development of alternative solutions.
- Scope and administer subcontracts and intercompany agreements for specialty services.
- Develop and apply CM best practices and methods for continuous improvement.
- Interface extensively with client and end-user representatives.
- Address and resolve technical and contractual impediments to progress.
- Develop and manage project budgets, commitments, and changes.
- Maintain a master program schedule integrating key milestones, constraints and interfaces.
- Engage engineering and operations support disciplines through design, procurement and construction phases.
- Supervise, empower and motivate on-site staff.
- Facilitate meetings and manage essential project documentation.
- Prepare executive briefings, reports and presentations.
- Facilitate teamwork to produce results that achieve client objectives.

- Required – Bachelor’s in engineering, architecture, science or construction management.
- Required – Minimum 15 years’ experience in the buildings design and/or construction industry.
- Required – Strong working knowledge of building construction, systems, and integration of specialized work elements
- Required – Demonstrated leadership of multi-discipline teams through project execution
- Required – U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a government security clearance.
- Preferred – Wind tunnel or dynamic test facility design and/or construction experience.
- Preferred – Registered Professional Engineer or Architect
- Preferred – Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
Essential Functions:
Intermittent sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, and lifting. Lifting requirements limited to 20 lbs. in the form of supplies, drawings, etc. Longest distance carried of 50 feet. Hand manipulation is required for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation. Right and/or left hands utilized. Occasional need to reach and/or work above the shoulder, for supplies, as well as below the shoulder for same. No foot controls necessary. Must be alert to equipment in the field, there will be occasional travel, will work near construction job site equipment when in the field, occasional need to work near hazardous equipment and machinery, occasional need to walk on uneven ground, exposure to dust, gas or fumes, exposure to noise, extremes in temperature or humidity, and potential work at heights.
