Beyond Roofing is looking for two new dynamic Project Managers to join its rapidly growing team! Project Managers are outside sales agents that remain a customer’s primary point of contact throughout the project, in addition to performing important job site coordination and supervision functions. Following are the key job elements for this position:
Sales Responsibilities (Approximately 70% of Time): As a referral focused business, build deep relationships with potential B2B referral sources such as insurance agents, real estate agents, property managers and other clients that can generate leads. Promote company services directly to individual consumers or groups. Perform roof and comprehensive exterior inspections to assess damage and determine insurance claim potential. Discuss findings with customers and make recommendations. Meet with customer’s insurance adjuster at the property to ensure that any storm damage identified has been noted by the adjuster and included in their estimate. Meet with customers to sign contract paperwork, confirm the exact scope of work to be performed, material and color selections.
Project Management Responsibilities (Approximately 30% of Time): Meet with any required contractors at the property if needed for estimates. Be on-site at the beginning and end of projects to provide supervision, and confirm job site is left by crews in a safe and clean condition. Deliver or pick-up small materials if needed. Keep customers fully up to date on project details and timing.
Requirements: 2+ years of sales experience (B2B referral sales experience preferred). Roofing industry experience a plus, but not required. Exceptional customer service skills.
