    We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team. This position is contingent upon a contract award. No third party please.

    Duties:

    • Lead a number of Information Technology (IT) project initiatives for facility expansion; security enhancement; infrastructure upgrade and operations support for marine terminal facilities.
    • Enhance the capabilities of the Project Management Office (PMO) and provide flexibility and better resource balance in order to achieve the desired outcomes for the prioritized initiatives.
    • Have the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of all projects assigned.
    • Adopt the PMI Guidelines as well as streamline department efforts through all phases of the project management life cycle.
    • Work closely with the subject matter experts through all phases of the project and also interface with external vendors, contractors, as well as, other stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    • Fluent in written and spoken English.
    • Possess a current certification as Project Manager – PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) or industry equivalent.
    • Have experience in using software development lifecycle tools. Shall demonstrate at least three (3) years’ experience using tools for requirements management, software configuration management, and testing.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, contract management, project task coordination, and organizational skills.
    • At least five (5) years’ experience leading efforts where an SDLC, either waterfall or Agile, was employed.
    • Have experience in developing and managing technical documents and proposals. Shall demonstrate at least two (2) years’ experience in Technical Writing.
    • Experienced with IT Infrastructure and Technology Upgrade projects. Shall demonstrate at least one (1) year experience leading efforts for IT Infrastructure and Technology Upgrade projects, including the hardware, software, and operational support required to provide application hosting, network, and end-user services.
    • Experienced or familiar with Security and Physical Access Control systems, security camera surveillance systems and card key access control systems.
    • Experienced and familiar with the Software as a Service (SaaS) model; in particular SalesForce.com is needed.
    • Possess expertise in the following types of systems:

    Physical Access Control Systems (PACS)
    Gate Security and Access Control Card Key Systems
    CCTV security camera and video surveillance systems
    MRO Maximo® enterprise asset management system
    Virtualization and Cloud Computing Platforms
    Customer Requests Management Systems
    Management Reporting Systems
