Project Manager

VOGLIO Digital Marketing is a data-driven online marketing & reporting agency that focuses on search engine marketing for Google, Bing, Yahoo, and Facebook. We build, optimize, and manage high-performing paid search accounts for medium-to-large advertisers.

We are looking for a Project Manager or Scrum Master to join our Seattle-based Product Team. This critical role will have direct impact working alongside a group of marketing stakeholders and leaders in a large financial corporation, ensuring we achieve our goals for speed, efficiency, and quality of deliverables. This team member will also assist on workflow processes and manage VOGLIO’s triage process for multiple clients and internal stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships and communications with clients and stakeholders
• Track project progress and performance
• Manage company queue, triage, backlog and prioritization processes
• Assist leading project planning sessions and kick-off meetings

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 2-5 years experience in project management or PMP Certification or Scrum Master Certification
• Excellent client-facing communication skills and proven leadership skills
• Advanced time management skills

Preferred:

• Experience in an agency setting or with creative, product, and development teams
• Familiarity with Trello and Liquid Planner software’s collaboration and time management tools
• Experience with process improvement
• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails, front end development, CMS
